I have discovered all of the best intimate small wedding venues and put them in a list just for you!!

• The Blaisdell: this venue is perfect for you if you’re having a few guests and want that classy, romantic vibe! Located right in the heart of Minneapolis!

• Nature Link Catalyst: want a Minnesota wedding venue that makes you want to unplug from life and enjoy life while getting married?! You’ll want to check out Nature Link! They even have lodging on site 😉

• Lora Hotel: This hotel in downtown Stillwater makes for a cozy venue for your Minnesota intimate wedding! You could also tell everyone that you got married in an underground cave!

• The Annex: Looking for something a little more hip and urban? Check out the Annex!

• Como Zoo Conservatory: This is perfect if you’re wanting to bring the tropical climate to you, and be surrounded by stunning flowers! Located right in St.Paul!

• La Pointe Events: How does this sound? Located 45 minutes from the Twin Cities, on site lodging, located right on the Apple River!! This venue is beautiful, modern, and the perfect blank space for your vision!

• Sitio Events: A greenhouse for your wedding venue?! YES PLEASE!!

• Campfire Weddings at Camp Tanadoona: If you and your partner like to look back on the times you attended summer camps as a child… you might want to check out this fun venue! It’s modern, it’s beautiful, with the feeling of being at summer camp again!

OUTDOOR WEDDING VENUES IN MN

• Interstate State Park: If you aren’t afraid of heights and want beautiful views amongst the bluffs along the St.Croix River… you’re gonna want to get married here! (This park can be very busy so sunrise/early morning is the best time to get married in this state park!)

• Cuyuna Cove: Modern boutique cabins nestled on the outskirts of Crosby, MN?! Please, sign me up immediately!

• The Sturgeon Island A-Frame: If you’re looking for something really simple and intimate for your elopement, this A-Frame is perfect!! The architecture of this Airbnb is enough to be your decor! Just make sure you double-check with the airbnb host for permission!

LAKE SUPERIOR WEDDING VENUES

• Bluefin Bay: Located right on Lake Superior, this hotel is perfect for your small wedding on the North Shore!! Located in Tofte, MN.

• Larsmont Cottages: If you want a relaxed and private experience while being right on the shore of Lake Superior, definitely check out Larsmont cottages located near Two Harbors!

• Gunflint Lodge: Nestled deep in the woods of Northern Minnesota, you’ll want to check out this lodge if you’re looking for privacy in the middle of the woods!

• Grand Superior Lodge: Another beautiful lodge option near Two Harbors!!

• Superior Shores Resort: This resort has one of the largest beaches for you to enjoy! Plus a cove for you to enjoy as well!

LAKE SUPERIOR OUTDOOR WEDDING VENUES

• Black Beach: this beach is probably one of the most beautiful spots in Minnesota… ever! This beach is completely which means you can’t block it off from others but you don’t need any permits to have your intimate wedding here! Just make sure to be respectful of other visitors (I recommend not having more than 15 guests) and to follow the Leave No Trace principals! • Palisade Head: Can you imagine a panoramic view of Lady Lake Superior and her bluffs as your backdrop on your wedding day? Because you should most definitely consider Palisade Head for your wedding venue! (There are no fences or safety barriers so this location is not ideal for children or many guests!!)

• Temperance River State Park: This state park has it all! Waterfalls, a small beach, and lots of gorgeous trees! This park is located right in Schroeder, and can be more quiet than the parks above!

• Tettegouche State Park: If you’re looking for a park with multiple waterfalls, breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Superior, and a rocky beach… this is the one for you and your partner!
