Minimalistic Skincare Products You Need For Your Elopement
Taking care of your skin is freaking hard – let alone keeping your skin fresh, hydrated, and gleaming (queue Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings”) on your elopement day!! That’s why I’m here to share with you these skincare products for your elopement day!
After being on my own journey with my skin, I’ve tried dozens of products myself and am honestly so excited to share what has worked wonderfully for my skin!!
Keep in mind, that it’s important to test ANY and ALL of these products a couple months before your elopement day!! NOW LET’S GET TO IT!
Dr.Jart+ Tiger Grass Cicapair
This stuff right here is THE HOLY GRAIL.

Dr.Jart’s Tiger Grass Cicapair Treatment is literally the only thing I put on my skin in the morning after washing, sunscreen and moisturizing! I have really sensitive and naturally red skin, and this product helps color correct my skin (toning down the redness) and evening it out! I’ve never had a bad reaction to this treatment, which is SO rare!
This stuff is perfect to put on the morning of your elopement, and reapplying if needed later in the day! It doesn’t clog your pores, smear, streak, or get in your eyes like regular foundation would.
If there’s one skincare product you chose to buy, let this be it. It is SOOO freaking worth it!

This calming spray goes HAND IN HAND with the color correcting treatment I mentioned above!! Having this with you on your elopement day when you need to just freshen up that skin and hydrate is a lifesaver!
It’s small enough to sneak it into your backpack, purse, or have your photographer carry it in their backpack for you!!
I cannot say enough good things about the Dr.Jart+ Tiger Grass Cicapair products!! It’s perfect for nearly any skin type (including sensitive skin!) and is one of the few products that naturally helps with redness in the skin.
CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion with Sunscreen
Sunscreen is so, so important. Especially if your going to be outside in the sunshine for the majority of your elopement! This sunscreen is extremely light-weight, and I love that I can blend it into my skin without it leaving a heavy white cast behind!
Sometimes, I’ll put my sunscreen on and then apply the Cicapair Color Correcting Treatment on top, if it’s not wanting to blend it that day!
Absolutely love this sunscreen for my face!! Totally recommend – have never had a sensitive reaction to this one either!
